Ureterohydronephrosis due to distal ureteric stone

There is right hydronephrosis with moderate ureteral dilatation to the pelvic region where there is a distal ureteral stone at the vesicoureteric junction (18 x 10 mm, density around 780 HU), obstructing the ureteric lumen. No renal calculi.
Normal appearance of the left kidney with no stone, hydronephrosis or ureteric dilatation.
Normal appearance of the urinary bladder with no bladder calculi.
