Small calculus coronal height up to 2mm in left side ureter distal segment adjacent to UVJ with hydroureteronephrosis upstream is seen. Bladder is distended and fullness in right kidney pelvis and ureter is also seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates that there is not always a good correlation between the size of the ureteric calculus and the severity of hydroureteronephrosis.
