Presentation
Left flank colicky pain, vomiting, and haematuria.
Patient Data

A calculus with coronal height up to 5 mm in left side proximal ureter with hydroureteronephrosis upstream and relatively enlarged left kidney are seen. Multiple cysts with different size in both kidneys more compatible with Adult polycystic kidney disease are also seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of proximal ureteric calculus with hydroureteronephrosis upstream as a major cause of ureteric obstruction. Multiple cysts of different sizes in kidneys more compatible with Adult polycystic kidney disease are also seen.
