Info
A calculus with coronal height up to 5 mm in the left ureter middle segment is seen which caused hydroureteronephrosis upstream.
A few tiny and faint density calculi up to 1-2 mm scattered in kidneys with an irregular cortical margin of the kidneys are seen. Foci of fatty change in the liver are seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast feature of ureteric calculus and hydroureteronephrosis upstream. Calculus is one of the major causes of ureteric obstruction.
