Ureterolithiasis

A large calculus with coronal height up to 10 mm in the left side ureter adjacent to UPJ is seen which caused hydroureteronephrosis upstream. A few calculi with coronal height up to 8 mm in the right kidney lower pole are also seen.
DJD and scoliosis in the spine are seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of proximal segment ureterolithiasis with hydroureteronephrosis upstream. The most common cause of ureteric obstruction is renal calculus.
