Work up for right flank pain and fullness on physical exam.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

Right hydronephrosis and delayed contrast excretion with marked pelvic dilatation and normal caliber ureter, suggesting stenosis of the ureteropelvic junction.
