Case Discussion
Uretero-pelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) is a well known cause of congenital obstructive uropathy and one of the commonest causes of antenatal hydronephrosis. Many cases are asymptomatic and identified incidentally, while in symptomatic cases, the complaint can be recurrent urinary tract infections, stone formation and even a palpable flank mass.
