Patient complaining of vague left flank pain for 3 days.

Age: 61
Gender: Male

CT Abdomen and pelvis

Modality: CT

Left hydronephrosis with significant pyelic dilatation and normal ureter suggesting stenosis of pyeloureteral junction.

Case Discussion

CT shows left hydronephrosis with significant pyelic dilatation and normal ureter suggesting ureteropelvic junction (UPJ)  obstruction ; probably caused by post-surgical adhesions.
