A calculus with coronal with up to 6 mm in right side ureterovesical junction (UVJ) with hydroureteronephrosis upstream is seen. Fullness in left kidney pelvis and upper ureter is also seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT feature of ureterovesical junction (UVJ) calculus with hydroureteronephrosis upstream. The UVJ can lead to bladder irritability symptoms such as frequency and dysuria.
