Ureterovesical junction calculus

There is a small hyperdensity with coronal height up to 3mm in the right side ureterovesical junction (UVJ ) with upstream hydroureteronephrosis.
Minimally increased bladder wall thickness is also seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT feature of the ureterovesical junction (UVJ) calculus with hydroureteronephrosis upstream. The small calculus impacted in UVJ can be easily missed by an ultrasound exam.
