Presentation

Ultrasound documented case of left vesicoureteric junction calculus about three days earlier. History of hematuria, dysurea, urinary retention for a few hours.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Patient was referred with clinical diagnosis of impacted Urethral calculus.

An elongated calculus (11 mm) is noted in the mid left urethra.

Mild edema is noted at left vesicoureteric junction due to recently passed calculus.

No significant back pressure changed.
