Presentation
Weak urinary stream. No dysuria, hematuria or fever.
Patient Data
Anterior urethra has smooth outlines. No abnormal narrowing or dilatation is seen in the anterior urethra. Incidental finding of multiple glands of Littre (normal variant) along the penile urethra. No contrast leakage or extravasation is noted.

Case Discussion
The glands of Littre, are mucus-secreting periurethral glands, more commonly found in the penile urethra. These glands can be opacified on ascending urethrogram as small linear outpouchings from the urethra and are considered a normal anatomical variant; however, appearance of multiple large glands is associated with certain urethral infections which can be the underlying cause of the patient’s symptoms 1.
