Large urinary bladder stone. Two large stones are noted below the level of the bladder neck, mostly at dilated prostatic urethra.

Foley's catheter balloon is seen at the penile urethra.

Mild diffuse mural thickening of the urinary bladder wall.

Old healed fractures of the right superior and inferior pubic rami, multiple healed sacral fractures with anterior transposition of the coccyx in front of the sacrum.

Multiple hyperdense small gallstones are noted.

Case Discussion

The patient has a history of pelvic trauma after falling from height, since then he complained of incontinence of urine as sacral plexus injury resulted in neurogenic bladder.

The density and internal architecture of the dense calcular structures are similar for the urinary bladder stone and the proximal urethral stones, reflecting same composition. The urethral stones mostly developed in the urinary bladder.
