Urethral stricture

Presentation

Poor urinary stream. Old trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Retrograde urethrogram reveals a stricture involving the bulbar urethra, which did not relax on subsequent views. The posterior urethra and penile urethra appear normal.  Contrast has also begun to fill the bladder. Left-sided passive vesicoureteral reflux is observed.
