Urethral stricture

Presentation

Weak stream and dysuria.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Fluoroscopy

Retrograde urethrogram reveals a 35mm stricture in the bulbous urethra, which did not relax on subsequent views. 

The posterior urethra and penile urethra appear normal.  Contrast has also begun to fill the bladder. 

Case Discussion

Irregular bulbar urethral stricture in a patient with a two-year history of urinary hesitancy, dysuria, and post-void dribbling.
