Short segment (5mm) stricture at the junction of the penile and bulbous urethra. Filling defect related to lubricant jelly used.
Case Discussion
The patient reported a Chlamydia spp. infection about two years prior and had been symptomatic for 18 months. Urethral stricture is much more common with gonococcal urethritis than with non-gonococcal urethritis.
