Presentation

Poor urinary stream and incomplete bladder emptying.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Retrograde Urethrogram

Fluoroscopy

Retrograde urethrogram revealed a possible stricture involving the proximal aspect of the bulbar urethra, with urethro-venous intravasation

Subsequent contrast filling into the bladder.
