Presentation

History of trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Retrograde urethrogram reveals a short segment stricture involving the bulbar urethra, which did not relax on subsequent views. The posterior urethra and penile urethra appear normal. Contrast has also begun to fill the bladder. 

Multiple fractures are seen at boney pelvis some fixed with plate and screw.
