Presentation

Poor urinary stream and history of chronic catheterization.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Long segment stricture is present at bulbar segment of urethra. Enhancement of cowper glands are also evident could be suggestive for stricture at prostatic segment.
