Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Poor urinary stream. Long-term history of dysuria and penile discharge.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Retrograde urethrogram reveals an irregular, beaded stricture involving the bulbar urethra, which did not relax on subsequent views.

The posterior urethra and penile urethra appear normal.

Contrast has also begun to fill the bladder.
