Presentation

History of trauma 2 years ago. Inability to urinate. Permanent suprapubic catheter.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Significant stricture at the distal of the bulbar urethra and the junction of the bulbar and penile urethra causing near obliteration and marked dilation of the bulbar urethra proximal to the stricture.

Irregular beaded stricture involving the penile urethra.

Case Discussion

Retrograde urethrography shows a significant stricture at the distal bulbar urethra and the junction of the bulbar and penile urethra in a patient with a history of trauma.
