Presentation

History of trauma with a poor urinary stream.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

After the bladder is filled with contrast through the suprapubic tube, a RUG is performed as the patient is asked to attempt to void.

There is a severe short-segment stricture along with the proximal of the bulbar urethra.

The penile and prostatic urethra appear normal.  

Surgical fixation along with the left hemipelvis is noted.
