Retrograde urethrogram (RUG) and voiding cystourethrogram (VCUG) reveal irregularity, stricture and contrast media leakage in the bulbar segment of the urethra.
The penile, membranous and prostatic segments appear normal, and vesicoureteral reflux is seen on the right side.
Post-voiding residue is significantly more than normal limits.
Case Discussion
Post-traumatic bulbar urethral stricture with recently forced catheterization results in urethral rapture and contrast media leakage.
