Urethral stricture with venous intravasation, Christmas tree bladder and vesicoureteral reflux

Retrograde urethrogram and voiding cystourethrogram reveal a short segment stricture involving the bulbar urethra. The posterior urethra and penile urethra appear normal. Evidence of venous intravasation is observed.
In addition, there is vertical urinary bladder with wall hypertrophy which causes an irregular outline resembling Christmas tree appearance.
There is also left sided vesicoureteral reflux.
