Tight stricture is seen at bulbomembranous junction with no further flow of contrast into the urinary bladder. Venous intravasation of contrast is seen.
Case Discussion
Urethrovenous intravasation of contrast is an uncommon complication of retrograde urethrography and care should be taken while performing retrograde urethrogram in patients with urethral strictures as forceful contrast injection in tight strictures may lead to venous intravasation.
