Urinary bladder cancer

Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
ct

Several sub centimeter simple cortical cysts are seen at kidneys.
Increased wall thickness and a few polypoid enhancing tumoral infiltrations less than 30mm, are seen at left anterolateral aspect of urinary bladder. Peri vesical fat stranding is seen. There is also left inguinal hernia containing a part of infiltrated urinary bladder wall. 
Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.

Case Discussion

Urinary bladder masses; pathology proven Transitional cell carcinoma (TCC).
No local invasion; No regional lymphadenopathy; No detectable metastasis.
