Urinary bladder cancer

A few small cortical cysts are seen at left kidney.
A 40 mm polypoid mass is noted at right posterolateral wall of urinary bladder accompanied by mild peri vesical fat stranding. There is no sign of invasion to adjacent organs.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Pathology proven high grade papillary urothelial carcinoma without local invasion.
No regional lymphadenopathy and no metastasis.
