Urinary bladder cancer

Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Gross hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
ct

A few non-enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen at both kidneys.

A 30mm fat density (-96 HU) mass is noted at left adrenal gland most consistent with myelolipoma.

In addition, a 14 mm nodule with rapid washout is observed at right adrenal gland inferring benign adenoma. 

Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at anterior urinary bladder wall that causing perivesical fat stranding.

The prostate gland is enlarged. 

An enlarged lymph node with SAD of 10 mm is present at left para-iliac region. 

Case Discussion

Urinary bladder mass; pathology proven papillary urothelial carcinoma with small parailiac lymphadenopathy.
