Urinary bladder cancer

A 31×24 mm intraluminal polypoid enhancing mass is noted at the left anterior aspect of the urinary bladder accompanied by mild adjacent perivesical fat stranding.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
A 25 mm thin walled non-enhanced cyst is present at segment VI of the liver. A 5 mm small one is also noted at segment V of the liver.
Several parapelvic cysts are noted at kidneys less than 20 mm.
Case Discussion
Urinary bladder mass; pathology proved urothelial cell carcinoma, without local invasion, regional lymphadenopathy, or detectable metastasis.
