The urinary bladder is filled with several mass like lesions which shows enhancement on post contrast images. No extravesical extension and no regional lymphadenopathy are noted.
A few non-enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen at both kidneys, with a maximum diameter of 30 mm.
The prostate gland is mildly enlarged.
Case Discussion
Urinary bladder masses; pathology proved urothelial cell carcinoma, without local invasion, regional lymphadenopathy, or detectable metastasis.
