A 58×32 mm intraluminal polypoid mass is noted at the right posterolateral aspect of the urinary bladder that involves but does not obstruct the right UVJ. No extravesical extension and no regional lymphadenopathy.
The prostate gland is enlarged.

Urinary bladder mass; pathology proved urothelial cell carcinoma, without local invasion, regional lymphadenopathy, or detectable metastasis.
