A 50×28 mm intraluminal polypoid enhancing mass is present at the left lateral wall of the urinary bladder. The mass involves but does not obstruct the left UVJ. No extravesical extension and no regional lymphadenopathy are noted.

Urinary bladder mass; pathology proved papillary urothelial cancer, the most common tumor of the entire urinary system.
