A 72 × 61 mm enhancing polypoid mass is noted at right posterolateral aspect of urinary bladder that involves but does not obstruct right UVJ. Mild perivesical fat stranding is present.
Case Discussion
Large urinary bladder mass (pathology proven transitional cell carcinoma) with mild perivesical fat stranding. No regional lymphadenopathy; No detectable metastasis.
