Urinary bladder cancer (on cystography)

Presentation

Poor urinary stream and hematuria

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Retrograde cystography demonstrates relatively small urinary bladder with irregular and trabeculated margin as well as a few outpouchings in favor of diverticula. Mass-like polypoid filling defects are seen in vesical base suggesting tumoral infiltration.

The patient underwent cystoscopy with biopsy and histopathologic evaluation confirms transitional cell carcinoma.
