Urinary bladder cancer with extension to adjacent diverticulum

Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Pelvic pain and gross hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male

Several thin-walled air-filled cysts are seen at lung fields, less than 32 mm. 
A little amount pericardial effusion is noted.

A few small cysts are seen at liver less than 10 mm. 
A few sub centimeter simple cortical cysts are seen at kidneys. 

A 55×40 mm out-pouching is present at left posterolateral aspect of urinary bladder inferring diverticulum. Additionally, a 65×35 mm polypoid enhancing mass infiltrates left posterolateral aspect of bladder and extends into the diverticulum. Mild adjacent peri vesical fat stranding is noted. No regional lymphadenopathy is identified. 

The prostate gland is enlarged.
Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the thoracolumbar spine.
