Urinary bladder carcinoma

Painless hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

A polypoid lesion is noted at the left vesicoureteric junction region without left-sided back pressure. The lesion demonstrates flow on color Doppler.


Follow up postoperative imaging

No residual mass lesion.

Case Discussion

Pre and post-op images of urinary bladder lesion.

Histopathology: papillary urothelial (TCC) carcinoma, low grade without lamina propria invasion.
