Part of urinary bladder herniates antero-inferiorly into the left inguinal canal and down to the visualized part of the left upper scrotum.
Provided images show rectal soft tissue mass with irregular rectal wall thickening associated with perirectal fat stranding and lymph nodes.
Case Discussion
When a part of urinary bladder herniates into the scrotum it can be called a scrotal cystocele (a type of urinary bladder hernia).
