Non-contrast CT phase shows part of the urinary bladder and terminal ileum herniating into the right inguinal canal.

Case Discussion

Urinary bladder hernias represent 1-3% of hernias in adults and reach up to 10% in those over 50 years. The majority of bladder hernias occur in males and are more right-sided 1.
