Retrograde cystography reveals a large-sized herniation of the urinary bladder within the left inguinal canal.
Degenerative changes are seen in the visualized lower lumbar spine.
Case Discussion
Urinary bladder hernias often involve the inguinal and femoral canals, although ischiorectal, obturator and abdominal wall openings herniation may also be seen.
