Intraperitoneal bladder protrusion into the right inguinal canal.
Indirect inguinal hernia medially to the iliac-femoral vessels with extrusion of the anterior wall of the bladder with preperitoneal fat.

In the intraperitoneal hernia the bladder is completely covered by peritoneum in the hernia sac.
