Partial herniation of the anterior aspect of the urinary bladder into the right inguinal canal without evidence of complication.
Case Discussion
Most of urinary bladder hernias are asymptomatic which are discovered incidentally while imaging is performed for the evaluation of inguinal hernias. It is important to consider this entity in elderly male patients who are undergoing inguinal surgery to avoid bladder injury.
