A well-defined soft tissue mass in the right posterolateral wall of the urinary bladder, markedly hypointense on T2-W and intermediate signal on T1-W images, no restricted diffusion in DWI/ADC and showing faint enhancement on T1-vibe post-contrast sequence.

It causes mass effect, with intra and extravesical extension, abutting the right anterolateral wall of the lower vagina and right obturator internus muscle.

Case Discussion

Markedly hypointense T2W soft tissue mass, likely fibrous content, centered on the wall of urinary bladder, with intraluminal protrusion and extravesical extensions, suggestive of urinary bladder leiomyoma.
