Asymmetric left/posterior bladder wall thickening with multiple polypoid/frondlike enhancing intraluminal masses.
Case Discussion
Cystoscopy/biopsy confirmed malakoplakia, which is an uncommon chronic inflammatory granulomatous condition most commonly seen in the urinary bladder. It is frequently managed medically rather than surgically and is associated with immunosuppresion, AIDS, and diabetes mellitus.
