The urinary bladder shows two polyps with a hypoechoic core, the larger measures about 2.7 x 1.5 cm, and both show internal vascularity.
Case Discussion
Two types of flow Imaging are demonstrated, color flow and microvascular imaging.
Traditional flow modes are limited in detecting very slow flow especially in small vessels. The Micro Vascular Imaging (MVI) technique has the potential to fill this role.
