Urinary bladder transitional cell carcinoma

Presentation

Gross hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

A few simple cortical cysts are seen at both kidneys less than 20 mm (Bosniak category I).
Bladder wall irregularity thickened. A cauliflower-like mass lesion measured about 39 × 25 mm is seen at the right posterolateral wall of the bladder.
Prostate enlarged measuring about 65 × 58 mm and bulged within the bladder.
