Right-sided hydronephrosis and polypoid mass in the bladder on US.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male
ct
  • Large, enhancing bladder mass, infiltrating the right ureteropelvic junction.
  • Resultant hydronephrosis and hydroureter on the right.
  • Other findings:
    • small liver cysts
    • subtle liver lesions in segment 5 measuring 11 and 8 mm, showing arterial phase hyperenhancement but no wash-out, most likely representing flash-filling hemangiomas. 
    • enlarged prostate
