- Large, enhancing bladder mass, infiltrating the right ureteropelvic junction.
- Resultant hydronephrosis and hydroureter on the right.
- Other findings:
- small liver cysts
- subtle liver lesions in segment 5 measuring 11 and 8 mm, showing arterial phase hyperenhancement but no wash-out, most likely representing flash-filling hemangiomas.
- enlarged prostate
