Urothelial cell carcinoma - urinary bladder

Presentation

Work up for gross hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male

Marked increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration at the right posterolateral aspect of the urinary bladder. It involves the right UVJ, causing hydroureteronephrosis. Perivesical fat stranding is also observed.

Two small thin-walled non-enhanced cysts are seen at the liver less than 15 mm.

A few non-enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys, with maximum diameters of 20 mm. Additionally, several small parapelvic cysts in the left kidney are less than 18 mm.

Urinary bladder mass, pathology-proven urothelial cell carcinoma with involvement of the right UVJ.
