A 48× 38 mm intraluminal enhancing polypoid mass with uneven marginal calcification foci is noted in the right posterolateral wall of the urinary bladder, accompanied by slightly perivesical fat stranding. The mass involves but not obstructs the right UVJ. No regional lymphadenopathy is identified.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Several non-enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys.
Sliding hiatal hernia is present.
Degenerative changes such as osteophytosis are seen in the lumbar spine.
The L5 vertebra is sacralized.
Case Discussion
Pathology-proven urothelial cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder.
No extra-vesical extension, no regional lymphadenopathy, and no detectable metastasis.
