Left renal upper polar collecting system bean-shaped mass (relatively poorly enhancing) extending to renal pelvis and ureteropelvic junction; confined by renal cortex with no extension beyond the renal contour.
Case Discussion
Left radical nephrectomy was performed and pathology confirmed infiltrating urothelial cell carcinoma.
